Here Are My Go-To Quick Fixes!

  1. AM - Take a high-quality adaptogen supplement

Happy Spring Equinox! The days are getting longer, the weather milder, and we’re entering into that dynamic Aries creative energy. I even started my spring cleaning yesterday because there are so many shifts happening on the planet and new energies flowing in that whether it’s the physical dust bunnies in my space or the soul dust it just feels like the time is ripe to get things in order and cast out the clutter to create calm.

When I’m calmer I am more creative!
